Hit It Like Phil

I determined this short video over at golfing.Com. Teacher Brian Manzella suggests how to hit that little 3-wood method shot to the seventeenth at Muirfield.

I just like the manner he continues this so easy. You can likely get the effect Brian talks approximately via setting your weight a bit extra on your lead foot with your ordinary ball position to get the steeper aircraft, aim slightly extra to the proper (or left if you're a lefty) and make sure you square the club on your intended target by way of the use of your trailing hand a chunk more. (That is, straighten your trailing elbow a bit extra as you strike the ball.) Pretty cool, huh?

If for a few reason you can not play the embedded video here, you may go to this link at golfing.Com to look at it.
