Extending Your Range

This is a fairly easy tip from golftipsmag.Com... But I think easy is good. It's a drill from PGA instructor Justin Klemballa to assist boom your riding distance. There's a video that is going with it however wasn't to be had on the time I did this publish. When the video is available once more, it will be on the link on this paragraph.

Klemballa says many players don't get much distance off the tee due to the fact they don't increase their arms fully thru the impact zone. If you do not, you can get the dreaded hen wing. (He calls it the "traditional" hen wing however I assume you have to include that "dreaded" element to be absolutely correct. After all, anybody else does!)

Anyway, the drill itself is one you can have visible earlier than. As this photograph shows, the concept is to begin with the membership out in front of your ball together with your hands extended. From there you swing the club returned after which via. (There are more pictures covered with the object.)

Where most players don't extend

One very beneficial intellectual tip that Klemballa blanketed -- and that you can omit if you do not examine carefully -- is that this (and I quote):

If you crumble after impact, it approach you had been looking to hit into the ball rather than thru the ball, inflicting you to lose a ton of electricity.
Memorize that little jewel, folks. It may do more than just help increase the width of your swing; it may just help you relax your muscles during your swing. Martial artists will tell you that relaxed muscles move more quickly than tight ones... and for a golfer, that can mean increased club head speed.

Remember: You want to hit through, not at, the ball. If your arms are relaxed, the swinging motion of the club will pull your arms into a wider arc as you swing through impact. You don't have to forcefully push them out, stiff and ramrod straight, to create width. Trust the swinging motion and you'll get results.
