Billy takes two

Well, it's throughout now. (For multiple weeks anyway.) And it looks as if this time the Hare beat out all those Turtles in their race to the FedExCup.

He didn't do a whole lot during the year. He didn't score a Ryder Cup nod. He didn't get a win. He missed the cut at the first FedExCup Playoff event and barely made the others. But then he posted a runner-up and two wins, taking down something like $13.5mil in just three weeks. That's more money than he's made in his entire career up until now.

And the scary factor is, if it hadn't been for a unmarried shot, he ought to have won all three occasions. And for the ones folks that wondered his stomach for opposition after that one bad shot, I suppose he has satisfactorily spoke back their questions without even resorting to that one big impolite gesture they possibly deserved. (Who hits each shot flawlessly, anyway?)

Billy's spouse, Brittany, who is anticipating a little lady in a couple of weeks (likely just as well that he failed to get the Ryder Cup call), and he had talked about whether or not he have to preserve playing if the infant came early. Or as an alternative, as Billy told golf.Com, permit's simply say a choice became made:

"There wasn't plenty discussion," Horschel said after his commencing round. "I introduced up the query. She stated, 'You're staying.'"
I suspect their first kid is going to have one hell of a nursery!

And to Billy himself go trophies, a ridiculous sum of money, and -- most importantly -- this week's Limerick Summary. Congratulations to the Florida Gator who chomped up the entire discipline with an iron will and a warm putter!
