Yes, sounds loopy however it makes experience whilst you see it. Basically he is displaying the way to use the placement of your lead foot to both accelerate your hip turn or gradual it down to help you hit a draw, and the way to use a wedge to teach you the way to enhance your weight shift and get extra electricity from your lead leg.
