The Evian Is Dry This Year!

The new position of the Evian within the LPGA schedule appears to have solved the climate hassle. Let's hold our palms crossed!

Defending Evain champion Angela Stanford

Evian-les-Bains is similar to ever, but protecting champion Angela Stanford continues to be recovering from the consequences of a rib damage she got remaining October. She says she thinks coming back to Evian might also kickstart her recreation but she would not have any expectations this week.

There are masses of gamers who DO have expectancies, but. And with the Women's British Open coming next week, a player who receives hot should emerge as with more than one very massive trophies in quick order.

I'm not choosing winners right here. The LPGA majors have given us one wonder after every other recently, so I won't be taken aback by way of whatever that happens. But I'm preserving my eye on the Korda sisters; each of them are in correct sufficient form to get a win this week.

GC's LPGA coverage is squeezed in around their Senior Open coverage -- the first part this morning from 5-7am ET, then again from 9:30-11:30am ET. Not as much coverage as I'd like... but then again, it doesn't look like we'll be watching rain delays. I'll take that!
